For over for over 60 years, Afford the Australian Foundation for Disability has been providing services and facilities for people with disability in local communities.

Afford now services over 2,000 people with disability in Greater Western Sydney every day.  

With over 800 employees, Afford’s employer of choice initiatives include salary packaging for all staff, a step up program that involves the opportunity for staff to act up in roles and a significant budget for training.
