About Aleisha Claire Davis

 

Aleisha is General Manager of the Shepherd Centre and is a certified listening and spoken language specialist and speech pathologist.

In her role she has helped hundreds of children with hearing loss learn how to hear and speak. Her most recent achievements include a social skills program “Confident Kids” designed to improve the esteem and social skills of children to help them transition into mainstream education and a Teleintervention program that provides outreach specialist services via video conferencing to families in rural and remote areas.

She has also developed a Functioning Listening Index tool to track a child’s listening skills.
