About Amy Shine

Amy Shine is the director of Forbes Preschool, a community-based service educating children aged 3-5 years old.  

The school offers a play based curriculum that aims to ensure all children are ready for their schooling years ahead.  

Amy has increased enrolments and partnerships within the community, and through her vision and lobbying, the preschool has received around $1.5 million in funding to ensure all children in the community have access to affordable, high quality early childhood education.

Amy’s goal is to inspire others to see the importance of an early childhood education and realise the impact it will have on the community for years to come.
