About Errin Williamson

Errin Williamson identified the need to provide the people of Dubbo with a dining experience similar to that of Sydney or Melbourne without leaving their home town.

Situated at Dubbo’s iconic CBD rotunda, Errin opened CSC – Church Street Café and Bar in 2014 where she is also the head chef.

CSC has helped to create a hub of vibrancy within the CBD shopping precinct, offering a fresh modern Australian menu for breakfast and lunch and a contemporary tapas style menu and house made pizzas for dinner.  

CSC has been recognised by the Good Food Guide Australia as one of THE restaurants to watch in the Central West and is featured in the Good Food Guide 2017.

“This award is recognition of our business and the hard work that we have put in.  It will allow us more opportunity to grow and build on our goals,” said Errin Williamson.
